Africa Bridge Tree Planting

Posted March 4th, 2014 by

“The creation of a thousand forests is in one acorn.” Ralph Waldo Emerson

Time for tree planting with Africa Bridge’s Most Vulnerable Children’s Committee members (MVCC), several eager to help primary school students, and many local villagers all wanting to jump into action and plant trees. Members gathered, students unloaded trucks, and the planting of hundreds of trees began in several Tanzanian villages.

Students from the Ipyana, Lumbila,  Iponjolam,  Kabembe and Mapambano primary schools worked hard with their instructors unloading, organizing, and planting trees within their communities.
