This Is My School

We believe students can be global citizens and make educational impacts around the world. Our TIMS program connects students in the United States with children in Tanzania, fostering global understanding and solidarity. American students raise funds and awareness for Africa Bridge, while Tanzanian children share their stories in return. Together, they learn about each other to foster greater understanding of different peoples and cultures. Over the years, TIMS has raised over $80,000 for Africa Bridge, and last year John Worcester, our Executive Director, delivered a batch of letters to Kambasegela from third graders at Stafford Elementary School. In turn, the Tanzanian students sent back letters to students in Oregon.
