Take Action

Your Gift, How it Helps

A gift to Africa Bridge means that children get the support and education that will help lift them, their families, and their future children out of poverty. With your help, we can transform villages mired in poverty into sustainable, thriving communities.

Please donate any amount you wish and invest in a brighter future for children. Africa Bridge is 100 percent donor supported with no funding from the government.

Other Ways to Help

Gifts of Stock

Donating stock may have tax advantages beyond a donation of cash. Normally, the sale of stock would generate capital gains tax on the increased value of the stock, but a gift of appreciated stock to a charitable organization avoids the tax. If you would like to make a gift of stock, please contact us at (503) 985 9551 or info@africabridge.org.

Estate Planning

Please consider Africa Bridge as you plan for your estate. Assets left to qualified charities are not subject to federal estate tax and such gifts help us as we build for the future.

Volunteer

A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination.”

Nelson Mandela

Africa Bridge volunteers are passionate, talented, and willing to donate one of life’s most precious commodities: time.  Currently, we have volunteer positions open for those who have experience with nonprofit or corporate administration, public relations, marketing, social media, program development, and education. At times, Africa Bridge also recruits skilled interns to manage high-level projects.

In order to match your skills, abilities, and interests to the needs of Africa Bridge, please download, complete, and return an application to info@africabridge.org for consideration. We will contact you with options for getting involved.
